When do we collect Personal Data

We will/may collect personal data about you:

The Personal Data that we do/may collect includes but is not limited to:

  5. Mobile and residential telephone number;

  7. Profession, occupation, job title or designation (previous or current)
  8. Information about an individual’s financial and credit position or status;
  9. Signature;

Information considered sensitive such as information: (i) about race, ethnic origin, marital status, age, colour, and religious, philosophical or political affiliations; (ii) about his health, education, or to any proceeding for any offense committed or alleged to have been committed by him, the disposal of such proceedings, or the sentence of any court in such proceedings; (iii) issued by government agencies peculiar to him, which includes, but is not limited to, passport number, social security numbers, tax identification number, previous or current health records, licenses or its denials, suspension or revocation, and tax returns (collectively, “Sensitive Personal Information”)
  11. Proof of authorization to work, such as work visa, employment permit or work permit;
  12. Birth certificates, marriage certificates and other certificates showing one’s civil status;
  13. Personal data of an employee’s family members and individuals designated as beneficiaries of the employee relating to certain benefits (such as but not limited to health/medical benefits, insurance coverage). This includes the beneficiary or beneficiaries’ Sensitive Personal Information;
  14. any other information about the user when the user signs up to use our Services, and when the user uses the Services.


Any information you submit will be used for a variety of business purposes, including for example, to: respond to your questions and requests; provide you with access to certain services; verify your identity; communicate with you about your activities; tailor content, advertisements, and offers we serve you; contact you with regard to your use of the services, your account, and, in our discretion, changes to our policies; and for purposes disclosed at the time you provide your Personal Information or otherwise with your consent.
